Project Assessment: 

• Review of the general house layout and finish selections.  Project assessment is best done on the job site. However, this can also be done at the contractor’s office or virtually.   If done virtually colors cannot be guaranteed to coordinate with finishes unless actual finish samples are provided to the designer. 

Exterior Paint Selections include up to the following:

• Main House Color - if applicable

• Trim Color

• Door Color

• Accent Color - when applicable (i.e. - porch ceiling)

Interior Paint Selections include up to the following:

• Ceiling Paint - where applicable 

• Trim Paint - where applicable

• Main House Color

• Kitchen and Bath Color if different from the main house color

• Accent Color 

• + 1 Additional Color 

*Additional Interior Paint Selections may be purchased for $50 each.

Presentation of Selections:

• Once a color palette for the home has been finalized with the contractor's approved vendor, a detailed presentation will be prepared listing the paint color,  manufacturer, and finish for each area of the home.
